In the aftermath of reality’s collapse, two worlds exist intertwined yet divided by an ethereal veil. One is a sprawling, ruined metropolis made entirely of ancient parchment, illuminated by neon lights whose eerie glow casts unsettling shadows. Faceless, drifting souls made of torn pages and bleeding ink haunt its streets, trapped forever between digital dreams and forgotten memories. The other world is a mystical realm shrouded in deep violet mist, where a delicate mansion of intricate glass floats serenely, guarding secrets older than time itself.
At the heart of these twin realms is Jihye, a tragic figure whose porcelain face — beautiful yet cracked by grief — reflects a thousand lifetimes of sorrow. She resides alone within the mansion, her only companion an antique music box harboring memories vital to restoring the balance between the worlds. Meanwhile, Taejin, a warrior infused with raw, supernatural energy, awakens in the crumbling parchment city. Haunted by fragmented visions of Jihye standing on a windswept cliff, her robes and hair dancing in the spectral breeze, Taejin embarks on a perilous journey to unravel the truth connecting their pasts.
As a violent and supernatural tempest, “The Obsidian” approaches, threatening annihilation, Taejin and Jihye must reunite and confront the darkness within and around them. Shadowy figures, faceless lost souls with glowing violet eyes, and revelations hidden deep within the music box await them. Only by embracing forgotten truths can they mend reality’s fracture, or else surrender to eternal oblivion.
