조량 서린은 대한민국의 작곡가이자 프로듀서이며, 서울에 본사를 둔 독립 음악 레이블 누와브 엔터테인먼트의 설립자 겸 대표이사다. 누와브는 솔로 아티스트와 차세대 K-팝 인재를 중심으로 한 활동에 중점을 둔다.

클래식 피아노를 전공한 후 일렉트로닉 작곡가로 전향한 조량은 2010년대 초반 서울 홍대의 언더그라운드 씬에서 R&B와 실험적 팝 음악을 제작하며 커리어를 시작했다. 미니멀한 프로덕션 스타일과 감정이 풍부한 보컬 편곡으로 주목받았고, 신진 인디 아티스트들과의 협업과 일부 OST 작업을 통해 입지를 다졌다.

아이돌 중심의 주류 활동 대신, 조량은 앰비언트 질감, 절제된 리듬, 서정적인 접근이 조화를 이루는 독자적인 사운드로 주목받는 비공개형 창작자로 자리매김했다. 2016년부터는 저작권 라이선싱과 프로덕션에 중점을 둔 로우 프로파일 음악 회사인 M2G 인더스트리스를 운영해 왔다.

2021년, 업계에서 거의 10년간 활동한 후 조량은 K-팝에서 대안을 제시하는 목적으로 누와브 엔터테인먼트를 설립했다. 그는 전통적인 아이돌 공식을 벗어난 흐름을 추구하는 팬층을 기반으로, 규모는 작지만 뚜렷한 색을 가진 솔로 아티스트들과 디지털 기반 그룹을 중심으로 한 라인업을 구축해 왔다.

조량은 현재도 대표이사 겸 총괄 프로듀서로 활동하며, 소속 아티스트 전원의 보컬 디렉팅, 콘셉트 기획, 데뷔 전략을 직접 관리하고 있다.

Joryang Seorin (조량 서린) is a South Korean songwriter, producer, and the founder and CEO of NuWaaV entertainment, a Seoul-based independent music label focused on solo artists and new-generation K-pop talent.

A classically trained pianist turned electronic composer, Joryang began his career producing underground R&B and experimental pop in Seoul’s Hongdae scene during the early 2010s. He gained attention for his minimalist production style and emotionally layered vocal arrangements, which led to collaborations with rising indie artists and niche OST placements.

Rather than pursue mainstream idol stardom, Joryang became known as a behind-the-scenes creative with a distinct sonic signature, blending ambient textures, subtle percussion, and lyrical introspection. From 2016, he operated M2G Industries, a low-profile music house focused on licensing and production.

In 2021, after nearly a decade in the industry, Joryang launched NuWaaV entertainment as a platform for alternative voices in K-pop. Under that label, he has developed a small but distinctive roster of solo acts and digital-native groups, earning a cult following among K-pop fans seeking something outside of traditional idol formulas.

Joryang continues to serve as CEO and executive producer, personally overseeing vocal direction, concept building, and debut strategy for every artist under the label.
